To purchase real estate in Turkey by foreigners, the following documents are required:

- international passport;

- tax number (obtained upon arrival in Turkey);

- photo for documents;

- translation of the passport into Turkish (at the request of the regional registration service TAPU MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ);

- power of attorney, the transaction is carried out by an authorized person;

- expert assessment of the cost of the acquired real estate by an accredited agency.
